Terms of service.

1. Overview
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Autonoma’s AI receptionist and automation services (“Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Services Provided
Autonoma provides AI receptionist solutions that manage inbound communication, appointment booking, and automated notifications on behalf of client businesses.
3. Fees and Payment
Clients agree to pay all fees outlined in the signed Service Agreement, including any onboarding, maintenance, or usage/add-on fees. Payments are due as specified on the invoice. No refunds are offered once Services have been delivered.
4. Cancellation
Clients may cancel at any time. Service remains active until the end of the paid period. No prorated refunds will be issued.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining access to their calendars or integrations, and complying with all applicable laws regarding data and privacy.
6. Data Handling
Autonoma processes data securely and only as needed to deliver the Services. Client data remains confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Autonoma is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed bookings or lost revenue, arising from the use of the Services.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
